2023 PCT Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor and sponsor registration is now open. Get your brand in front of and engage with over 1,000 pest management professionals at the largest state industry meeting in the United States.
Exhibitor Shipping Information:
For exhibitors shipping items to the PCT School, please label all boxes and packages with your exhibitor name, contact person name and NCPMA PCT. Ship all packages to 4700 Emperor Blvd, Durham, NC 27703.
Each exhibitor booth includes one 8’ x 10’ exhibit space with a back wall and two side walls, one 6ft draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, an ID sign, and one booth personnel registration. All exhibitors will receive a logo listing in the onsite event program and access to the attendee list in excel format following the conclusion of the event.
*Double booths include a 16’ x 10’ exhibit space and two booth personnel registrations.
Single Booth: $900 for NCPMA Allied Members ($1,225 for non-members) ALL SPACES INSIDE IMPERIAL EXHIBIT HALL ARE SOLD OUT, THERE IS STILL SPACE AVAILABLE IN THE HALLWAY LEADING TO THE EXHIBIT HALL, THOUGH WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EACH THE TABLE WILL HAVE PIPE & DRAPE DUE TO POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD.
