More than 1,000 pest management professionals expected to attend NCPMA’s largest conference
The North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA) today announced that David Billingsley of the Billingsly Group will serve as the keynote speaker of the 76th Pest Control Technician’s (PCT) School which will be held Jan. 26-29, 2026 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Conference Center in Durham.
Drawing on his two decades of experience coaching pest management industry leaders, Billingsly will discuss “Developing Leaders within Your Organization.”

Billingsly is the president and founder of the Billingsly Group, a coaching and consulting firm for the service industry that was founded in 2022. With more than 35 years of experience in the service industry, including 20 years in the pest industry, he is focused on coaching and consulting services for both small and large service-based businesses. He works with senior leaders and leadership teams to assess and address their strategic business decision making and leadership challenges.
The PCT School offers four days of pest management continuing education, hands-on training courses and more featuring nationally known speakers.
