James (J.E.) Hutto

James Hutto was the 1958 president of the North Carolina Pest Control Association. He was an active members in the association for many years and served on the legislative committee.  Hutto worked with Orkin in North Carolina and South Carolina and served on the Structural Pest Control Committee in the 1970s.
