NCPMA Leadership Development Academy Graduates

13 Individuals Complete Executive Training Program

The North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA) is proud to announce that 13 individuals have completed the association’s Leadership Development Academy. This is the second class of Leadership Development Academy graduates, whose class began in November 2024.
 
The program includes three sessions entitled Organization Leadership, Personal & Team Leadership and Implementation Toolbox. As part of the program, each individual participated in and completed a group project designed to benefit the pest management industry using the skills acquired in the program. The projects were presented in September 2025.
 
The graduation was held during the 2025 United We Stand Conference in Greensboro on Nov. 21.

The NCPMA Leadership Development Academy is an innovative three-part development program which provides participants with a fresh take on leadership skills and strategies that can be immediately put to practical use in any size company or department. The program is customized to the Pest Management Industry.
